1.        Cannot turn on the power when pushing the power button

Check the power cable connection and fuse condition. Turn off the device and push the power button again.

2.        Monitor does not display the full screen

Check screen resolution. Set the resolution to 1024*900.

3.        Temperature cannot reach 37℃ long after turning on the device

Turn on Air-Conditioner to adjust room temperature. If the problem continues, please contact manufacturer or representatives.

4.        Liquid waste does not flow into the liquid waste container

Check whether the pipeline is clogged. If the problem continues, please contact manufacturer or representatives.

5.        Detergent or liquid waste level indicating alarm error

Please contact manufacturer or representatives.

6.        Sampling-probe does not detect reagent or sample liquid level

Check whether the container contains enough sample or reagent; Use sample or reagent container with larger inner diameter.

7.        Liquid flow from sampling-probe is skewed

Check whether the sampling-probe is blocked; Use given stylet from the package to clean the probe, and wash the probe with detergent.

8.        No liquid flow in sampling-probe

Check whether cleaning liquid container is empty; check whether the pipeline works normally.

9.        System Warning: Temperature control system failure! Shutting down the system...

Solution: Turn the power off and restart. If the warning continues, please contact manufacturer or representatives.

10.    System Warning: Sampling-probe is abnormal!

Solution: Check sampling-probe moving direction. Use motor test program to check whether the sampling-probe is working normally. If problem continues, please contact manufacturer or representatives.

11.    System Warning: Slider is abnormal!

Solution: Check slider moving direction. Use motor test program to check whether the slider is working normally. If problem continues, please contact manufacturer or representatives.

12.    System Warning: Reagent disk is abnormal!

Solution: Check reagent disk rotating direction. Use motor test program to check whether the reagent disk is working normally. If problem continues, please contact manufacturer or representatives.

13.    System Warning: Proportioner is abnormal!

Solution: Use motor test program to check whether the proportioner is working normally. If problem continues, please contact manufacturer or representatives.

14.    System Warning: System has problem, not functioning!

Solution: It is very likely to be temperature problem or motor problem. Check temperature control and motors. If both work, set the states as normal in the alarm settings to restore operation. If the problem continues, please contact manufacturer or representatives.

15.    System Warning: Channel N error, assays in this channel will not be performed!

Solution: Use zero tracking function to track zero point for 5 times repetitively. Please set channel state as normal in the alarm settings to restore operation if zero tracking works.

16.    System Warning: Channel error. No available channels.

Solution: Use zero tracking for all channels. For channels of which zero points are successfully tracked, set states as normal in the alarm settings. If there are channels fail zero tracking, please contact manufacturer or representatives.

17.    System Warning: Detector temperature error! Cannot continue...

Solution: Turn off the device and reboot. If the problem continues, please contact manufacturer or representatives.

18.    System Warning: Reagent disk temperature error! Cannot continue...

Solution: Turn off the device and reboot. If the problem continues, please contact manufacturer or representatives.

19.    System Warning: Running out of detergent!

Solution: Fill the cleaning liquid container. If the problem continues, please contact manufacturer or representatives.

20.    System Warning: Liquid waste container is full!

Solution: Empty the liquid waste container. If the problem continues, please contact manufacturer or representatives.

21.    System Warning: No printer found, please check printer connection.

Solution: Check the connection of printer and device; check whether the printer driver is installed properly.

22.    Liquid in cleaning tank overflows

Turn off the device immediately, and turn the power off. Please contact manufacturer or representatives.
